Resolved Question: Is S400 Hybrid worth it? My dad wants to get a brand new S-Class, the 2011 version when it comes out. When does come out by the way? Anyways, he has the money to buy a S65 but he also likes to save the environment. He wants a Mercedes-Benz for sure and he came across the S400 Hybrid. He read and watched a lot of reviews on it(the 2010 version) and they all said it wasn't as nice as S550, and it is a bit sluggish. Reviewers said it feels really slow. Here is the thing, we live in Michigan where there is 6 months of winter. It usually snows 2-3 times a week. Some people say if the driver is careful, a rear-wheel drive(S400 Hybrid) can handle the snow and some say it's dangerous. I know 3 people who totaled their rear-wheel drive in the snow, but they were all teenagers. If he gets a S550, it will be a 4MATIC. Also will people think that my dad couldn't afford a S550 if he gets the S400? Also part of the reason he wants a S-Class is because well #1 it's the top selling and most popular luxury car in the world but also because it's used...
Resolved Question: Review of Toyota Prius? I am in the market for a new car that isn't a gas guzzler. The prius seems to get the top MPG, although I don't like the looks of it that well, maybe it will grow on me! =) How many mpg do you get with your prius? is it the hybrid version? how is it's driving/handling? Interior- is it roomy enough? And finally, what do you like/dislike about your prius?
Resolved Question: Anyone have honest pros and cons about a Toyota Prius? I am considering purchasing a 2010 Toyota Prius. I've done research and test drove it. Any input, good or bad, will be greatly appreciated. How does it handle? Is the slow acceleration a problem? I've read all sorts of great reviews on it, but want some honest answers from people who actually drive them.
Resolved Question: Toyota prius, Honest reviews wanted? I'm looking to purchase a 4-5 year old Prius, What are they like? Is there an issue with the batteries losing there capactiy like traditional rechargeable batteries
Resolved Question: 2004 Toyota Prius Brakes!!!? I installed brakes on my 2004 Toyota Prius and am having some warning lights pop up such as the VSC, ABS, and that exclamation point light including brake light. The front brakes are grabbing but am having to hold down the brake pedal and the brakes are still not braking as they should. I bled out the brakes multiple times and need to know before I take the car back to the dealership and spend money fixing them – is there any way I can get rid of these lights and have the brakes work, as they should. Are there links available to review possibilities or advice regarding this issue? Thank You!
Resolved Question: Should I get the Kia Soul? I am thinking about getting the Kia Soul. I am in college and need a car, but prefer to spend less than 20 K total. I have test drove the Kia and like it, but have just been hearing many negative reviews on how Kia is junk and will break down. The car does come with a 5 year bumper to bumper and 10 year power train warranty and from what I've been told, Kia has improved greatly in the last few years and it is comparable to better brands. So, my question is...should I get the Kia Soul? I plan on driving this car for at least 7+ years through college and graduate school. If not, any other suggestions? I've checked out Honda Fit, but didn't really like the sporty feel of it. How about the Toyota prius? That is a lot more expensive, but is it worth it? Or do you think a Kia Soul is a good choice for a first car? Thank You.
Resolved Question: Is the 2010 Honda Insight a reliable car? I am considering the 2010 Honda Insight (Hybrid) for my next car. I am a huge environmentalist, so the the fact that it's a hybrid is a huge selling point. Of course I looked at the Prius first, but at this point, it is a bit more than I am looking to spend. I have not been able to find too much on the Insight aside from the Edmund's reviews. I'm skeptical because unlike Toyota, who has basically perfected the hybrid technology with the Prius, this is Honda's first attempt at the hybrid Insight with the updated technology. Is the Insight a reliable car? Does it have any innate issues that I should be aware of? Any information or advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Resolved Question: I'm a soon to be 16 year old looking for a car. what should i get? Alright! I dont have a job like working at a restaurant, but i baby sit, and that seems to be doing pretty well. 7 hours of work and i have $100 (at least that seems good to me.) obviously, i dont have any credit. (not good or bad, jsut none at all.) i really just want a small car-- i dont need a big one. i'd like to have a 5 seater (like 2 up front, 3 squished in the back). i'd prbbyl only be using it in the town-- going to school, soccer practice, the mall. anything that a normal teen would do. my IDEAL would be the 2009 toyota prius. i love the way it looks and it's gotten good reviews. I like it as well because $20-22,000 for a brand new car? i could use it for yearss. help please.?
Resolved Question: Is the 2009 Toyota Prius good for a family of five (two adults, three teens)? Also, any reviews of the care would be helpful.
Resolved Question: Prius 2001 Battery Failure? I own an original prius. We have 50,000 miles. 8 years and 3 months after purchase the battery failed and needs to be replaced. Also failing was the electronic rack (part of the computer system). Has anyone had a similar problem? Toyota reviewed our service record and the fact it had only 50K and was only 3 months after the 8 year warranty, and is willing only to cover the cost of the replacement battery not the labor or other possible related damage from the failure. Any suggestions on getting Toyota to be more responsive?
