Open Question: My ex fancies me again but I have grown out of him - how to remain friends? My ex boyfriend who I lost my virginity to has recently paid me little attention. We smile to each other when we see each other but he is much closer to some of my other friends than he is to me. We have always had a sort of on-and-off relationship but I am determined to not fall for him again because he is lazy and irritating a lot of the time, and I think that he is quite insecure about himself deep down despite the facade of his popularity and good looks. But I would like to remain friends with him - do you think that now I have his attention I can get him to be more friendly with me too, and we can have an actual relationship that works as two friends instead of the clumsiness that was our last relationship. So I suppose my question his, how do you think I can use his current opinion of me to re-kindle our friendship? Open Question: Is there a better Kindle converter than caliber? When I convert my personal docs with caliber I get broken lines instead of a smooth flowing text which makes the text hard to read and ugly. Stanza doesn't have this problem but some of the .doc files I converted using Stanza were unreadable to Kindle. Is there a better converter?

Open Question: iPhone won't deregister with amazon account.? Hello, I recently had to do a factory reset on my iPhone a little while ago, and am seemingly having a couple issues with my iPhone, mainly with that of Kindle. I downloaded the application tonight, and tried to log-in to my account, and it said that "This device is already registered to another user. Please visit customer support at amazon.com in order to deregister this device." So, I deregistered my iPhone app on my account, and tried to register it again to the same account aaaaand I still get the same message... Is this because I am going to have to wait a certain amount of time until the system updates, or is there a way to get around this that anyone knows of? This is particularly frustrating, and I'm not sure as to what I should do about it. Thank you for your help.

So I am asking here. I buy books from both Amazon and Barnes and Noble? and I am interested in getting the better of the two all around...I guess the best features in the long run I suppose. I am wondering if one goes out of date if you have to replace it or is there automatic software updates? I have read reviews but I am looking for actual users of either products to tell me what they think or if they would choose different or whatever is better or worse with either model. Which one have you found to be the better of the two choices? Thanks guys.

I have downloaded a lot of e-books on my laptop, but not sure whether they cud fit the Kindle 2 screen or do I have to modify them or convert them in a software and then put them into the Kindle 2?

I love to read so i wanted to buy an e reader because my books take up to much room and i heard u can save some money on books,but now the ipad came out and i don't know if i should get that as my e reader or buy like a kindle.
