Voting Question: 2000 Kia Sportage.. Did I get a good deal? I bought a 2000 Kia Sportage in GREAT shape ( only one golf ball size rust spot) with 133k for 1300. I have read some reviews and just like every other car I HAve researched there were good and bad reviews. I pick the car up tomorrow and I just wanted to know if I got a good deal. Kelly blue book says that the value of the car is 2500-4000 from a dealer and 1800-2600 from a private party.

Resolved Question: I am planning on buying a kia sportage? I am planning on buying a New KIA SPORTAGE not this next year but the one after. I test drove one earlier this year and loved how it drove and ran on the highway. It was smooth and accelerated perfectly, breaking was smooth also and I know its number 1 safety rated. So I am wondering why I see all these bad reviews about it what the hell am I missing are people just buying used and not making sure it runs right or just not taking care of it the way it should be. Even my manager has an older version and it runs perfectly he has never had any complaints. So what am I missing?? And what do you think about the sportage

Hi All, I am very curious as to what experienced people think about the 08 jeeps, Liberty, compass, etc. I have gone on edmunds.com and they have been somewhat helpful with reviews by the way of which seem mostly bad ones. We are considering Jeep, Hundai Tucson or Santa Fe, or the Kia Sportage all of which must be 4 wheel drive. Also we have a cap on price. No more than $15.000 over a 6 year period. Any help would be appreciated very much. We cant get an SUV any older than an 06. Thank you soooo much in advance.

I need to find someone who has this car with similar miles and/or year. I would like to know about the necessary maintence, what I can expect to replace (with 130k already on the car), and anything else that might help me make a decision. Thanks so much! I just had my little girl on the 4th of this month she came a lil earlier then expected im looking into car seats that are by graco i found one called graco safe seat step 1. i was wondering if any one has ever used it, if so how would u say it was and can give me some places where i can get more info and reviews on it.
