When my check engine light kept coming on Auto Zone indicated the speed sensor and intake manifold motor...were the causes of my problems. My car drives fine but every now and then it seems to hesitate to accelerate and thumps to jump in gear.

Voting Question: Can anyone tell me how to get the TPMS light to turn off in my Kia Sedona? I had 2 bad tires which made the dash board warning light come on, so I had the tires replaced and the light remained on. I call the Kia dealer to ask, but they want me to bring it in to be checked. Basically what happened last month when the weather was really bad with snow and black ice, my elder brother’s car wouldn’t start in the morning and he had to take the little ones to school but because they were getting late he didn’t jump start his own car but he took mine without me knowing, the problem here is that when I renewed my insurance I removed his name from the named drivers as he hardly ever drove my car and it was an easy way to reduce the cost of the insurance. During the way to the school there’s a hill which you have to go down to get to the school, so my brother was going down that hill following a red VW Passat then while approaching a sharp bend, past the bend there was a gold Kia Sedona that had skidded and turned sideways blocking 75% of the road of both sides, my brother was unaware of this has it was past the bend. Resolved Question: Van locks locking and unlocking & headlights dimming? My husband was driving our car to work this morning (2004 Kia Sedona) and the locks would lock then unlock by themselves over and over again. Then, he noticed that his headlights dimmed for a brief second and he said he felt a quick surge when that happened (kinda like the van lost power). The dimming of the lights/power surge happened a few times in his brief 30 min drive. No warning lights of any kind came on either. The wather was very cold, snowy and very windy.. Dunno if that is anything but thought Id throw it in there. What does this sound like to you?? Battery? Alternator? Fuse? Taking it to car part place to run the alternator/battery test (If it starts when we go!) Thanks!

Resolved Question: I have an 02 Kia Sedona my airbag light came on and then my low and high beam lights won't come on.? I have checked the relay switches and fuses and that's not the problem. I also replaced one low beam light 2 weeks prior to this problem and it's not working either. Resolved Question: 2006 Kia Sedona radio? I have a 2006 Kia Sedona minivan with a factory CD player. I am wanting to get a aftermarket CD/MP3/DVD/GPS system. I have found several systems on cruthfield, but the reviews are mixed. I don't really care for the Pioneer systems. I do like some of the Clarions, but I am not sure about any others. I am looking for a good quality unit around $600. I really don't care if it has a DVD player, but most of the GPS units also include the DVD players. I am planning on adding the DVD system later on when my 5 month old starts watching tv. I was thinking about just having the rear dvd entertainment system when that happens. Also, I do not want to have to put a CD in to use the GPS. Any help of suggestions? I don't remember asking about selling anything. Keep your stupid remarks to yourself.
